Rashi Khosla

Founder & CEO

MARS Solutions Group

Location: Waukesha City, WI

Industry: Technology & Staffing

As the founder and CEO of MARS Solutions Group, Rashi Arora Khosla said that she has built a framework to communicate the vision for the company with her staff. “It’s not easy to stay motivated at all times and I realized that I have to be intentional about keeping the team enthusiastic through my low and high phases,” said Khosla. In order to accomplish this, she seeks out inspiration, leads by example, shares success stories and encourages autonomy and creativity to foster a positive work environment.

MARS Solutions Group is an award-winning talent solutions company that offers a state-of-art rewards and recognition platform to help with newer and better ways of facilitating and measuring engagement. The firm’s primary goal is to attract talent to help clients with acquiring top talent, answering the challenges of the ever-changing tech labor market.

According to Khosla, the company’s vision is to stay in lockstep with the pace of the digital transformation and the advent of machine learning/artificial intelligence and the many ways it changes our lives.

“Rashi is an active voice in providing diverse talent to its employer partners and a tireless and fearless advocate of women returning to the technology workforce,” said her staff. She created the MARS Returnship in 2020 that is an on-ramp for women looking to restart their careers in technology following a gap in employment. The program provides on-the-job training, mentorship and a partnership approach to prepare cohorts to successfully rejoin the workforce.

Her efforts have led to recognition as the BIPOC executive of the year in 2023 for her work in the DEI space and participation in the Mentor Monday annual event led by the Milwaukee Business Journal.

Khosla’s focus extends beyond the MARS community as she sits on the board of the Milwaukee Tech Hub and the Ronald McDonald House of Charities. She is also the chair of the HR committee at RMHC and part of the Women Business Collaborative advisory council.

As a second-year Titan 100, Khosla said her greatest leadership lesson has been redefining agility and trust. “This is an ongoing corporate leadership trend at MARS that has involved building agile mindset so that we can build the same agility and trust in our partnerships with our clients,” she said. “This allows me to foster a culture of innovation while not getting stuck in the conventionality mindset.”

She strives to stay present to the team while motivating them through proper communication channels, said Khosla. “It’s easy to get lost in your vision,” she said. “Your team executes it daily and communication is the oxygen.”
