On Wednesday, February 14th, the Phoenix TITAN 100 came together for the annual Titan 100 volunteer event and service day with our 2023 non-profit spotlight, Circle the City. This organization creates and delivers innovative healthcare solutions that address the needs of men, women, and children facing homelessness. Titans worked together to put together 1,000 kindness kits for the community!

On Wednesday, January 17th, the Phoenix TITAN 100 gathered for an engaging and knowledge-enhancing event at the Camby, Autograph Collection! They had the opportunity to connect with fellow Titans and gained valuable insights from Brad Smidt, SVP of Business Development for GPEC, an expert in the industry to discuss relevant leadership and business topics.

Last night, the Phoenix TITAN 100 came together at an exclusive Titan honoree panel discussion and fireside chat! This private Titan 100 event was hosted at Ling & Louie’s Restaurants in Scottsdale, AZ. For the evening, the restaurant closed its doors to the public, allowing Titans exclusive access to all the restaurant has to offer.
​The panel discussion delved into the heart of the current employment landscape, unraveling strategies to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. Company culture took center stage, explored as the driving force behind organizational success and employee satisfaction. In the face of the ever-changing operating costs dictated by the economic climate, Titans shared their wisdom on effective strategies for sustainability and growth. Leadership, the cornerstone of any Titan’s journey, emerged as a theme woven throughout the discourse. Attendees were treated to a tapestry of leadership insights, each thread contributing to a richer understanding of what it takes to lead in today’s dynamic business environment.
