The firm offers legal solutions, work-relay process and workflow solutions for Salesforce, robotic process automation and application integration.

Over the past three years, Neostella has navigated a transformative growth journey marked by strategic initiatives, innovation and pivotal decisions, said Lautz. “We’ve formed many new partnerships and actively sought to build our portfolio of offerings to meet market demands and make tools and resources available to our clients which help them meet their business objectives,” he said.
Neostella has transformed from a project-based services organization to almost 50 percent recurring software license revenue while launching a new business legal solutions unit that has grown to more than 400 clients in the past 12 months.
Over the course of one year since Lautz was named a Titan 100, he has learned invaluable leadership lessons that have sculpted his approach and mindset. “One of the foremost insights is the significance of leading by example and the need to do the roles that I am working to help others succeed in as well,” he said. “Demonstrating my willingness to tackle any role I expect my team to tackle fosters a culture of integrity and commitment.”
Lautz also relies on the mentors along the way who have offered him support, encouragement and guidance. “I now find myself at a time in my career where I have the relevant experience needed to be that mentor for the next generation,” he said. This has led him to get involved with Milwaukee Venture Mentoring Services, providing guidance to emerging business owners.
For his commitment to mentor others while embracing transformative growth, Lautz has been named a Titan 100 for the second time.
