As a Titan of industry what are some key strengths and unique selling points of your company and what do you believe sets your organization apart from your competition?

LeafTech prides itself on the 3Ps – People, Processes, and Products. We hire people with integrity and character. We continuously improve our processes to ensure we can provide the best service in the industry. And lastly, we have access to the best products on the market and can make those products available to our clients at the lowest possible prices. LeafTech’s 3Ps are what separate us from the rest of the pack!

Describe your company culture. What makes your company unique?

LeafTech prides itself on our company culture. We have an outstanding benefits program provided by our PEO. Over the past year, we’ve increased employee PTO and added one floating holiday – which was well received by our entire employee base. We’ve implemented an open-door policy for all managers. We have mandatory weekly company culture meetings (every Friday morning) to discuss the state of the company and acknowledge those who’ve achieved something special in the past week, client issues, internal changes, and more.

We give out the Golden Plunger award to the employee who’s dealt with the most “crap” for the past week – someone who’s done something special, someone who’s gone out of their way to make a difference in the life of a client, vendor or another LeafTech employee. That employee is spotlighted on our social media channels – along with a photo of a golden plunger. The team loves the recognition! We have a contract to confront in the rare instances that someone in the organization needs or wants to speak with another employee about something irking or bothering them.

We believe in positive, constructive, professional confrontations with our coworkers. It’s made an immense difference to our employees. LeafTech puts out two employee surveys each year, and we talk about the results of those surveys and how we can affect additional change across the organization. We have a fantastic variety of snacks, drinks, and coffee available to our employees – who doesn’t love free drinks and snacks? LeafTech regularly evaluates employee needs, wants, and desires and implements change based on these discussions. I can’t say enough about LeafTech’s corporate culture – it’s something I’m most proud of!

What is something you wish your industry knew about you or your organization?

Our core values drive us and are at the root of everything we do at LeafTech. Character + Communication + Collaboration = Results for LeafTech and our clients. Great people who can communicate (written and verbally) and are willing to collaborate internally and externally with employees, contractors, vendors, and clients will ultimately generate the positive results our clients need and want from their technology. We do things differently at LeafTech because we’ve discovered a formula and process that works!

What are some of the most important initiatives or projects that your company is currently working on, and how will they impact your industry and customers?

LeafTech is migrating to a new PSA (professional services automation) tool in Q3 2023. This change will increase our service team efficiencies, reduce errors, clean up invoicing, and improve our ability to collect data and metrics and make better decisions for our business, employees, vendors, and clients. We anticipate this project will wrap up on July 1, 2023. The entire LeafTech team is buzzing and thrilled about where this will take LeafTech for the rest of 2023 and into 2024!

Can you describe a recent accomplishment or milestone that your company achieved, and how it has positioned you for future success?

LeafTech Consulting received two significant awards in 2023 – Denver Business Journal’s Best Places to Work (12th place – medium-sized businesses) and Colorado Companies to Watch. These awards speak volumes about our fantastic company culture and robust economic success in the past 12 months.

How do you ensure that your products or services are meeting the needs and expectations of your customers?

LeafTech customers have very high expectations of our service and support team. Technology is ever evolving – and more rapidly than ever. LeafTech has built a platform to provide our clients with incredible service – fast, efficient, and cost-effective. Additionally, we’ve created a productivity and security software stack that allows our clients to be productive, safe, secure, and profitable. Our clients know that we have their backs, and when they go to bed at night, they’ll wake up in the morning and be able to work and not have to deal with technology issues, data loss, or security incidents. LeafTech stays in constant contact with our clients and vendors to ensure we understand technology trends and clients’ needs and continue to find ways to provide solutions and value day in and day out
