Change rarely announces itself gently. It arrives through inflection points that test systems, people and leadership resolve all at once. Dawn Stastny has spent her career operating precisely in those moments, guiding organizations through complexity with discipline, clarity and conviction. As Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer of BelPak, her work sits at the intersection of enterprise growth, governance rigor and human stewardship.

Stastny’s professional foundation was built through entrepreneurship. She founded and later divested a firm delivering outsourced and fractional human resources services across industries and organizational sizes. That experience shaped her practical understanding of workforce dynamics, regulatory responsibility and operational scale. Over time, she became deeply versed in human capital management and occupational safety, partnering closely with employment law professionals and safety regulators to support investigations, litigation readiness and compliance integrity.

In 2017, Stastny joined Coregistics with a clear mandate: Help transform a family-owned packaging and distribution company into a world-class enterprise. Starting with a lean function, she established enterprise-grade human resources and compliance systems designed to support scale, accountability and leadership alignment. Her work professionalized governance while reinforcing trust across the organization, ensuring people practices evolved alongside operational ambition.

That foundation proved critical during periods of accelerated change. When Coregistics entered the Red Arts Capital portfolio, Stastny elevated compliance, workforce integration and governance practices to meet private equity standards. Subsequent cross-border acquisitions expanded complexity further, requiring harmonization of policies, systems and culture across multiple organizations and geographies. Stastny led that integration with focus and steadiness, ensuring continuity while aligning teams under shared enterprise principles.

Those efforts culminated in the unification of Coregistics, Belvika Trade & Packaging and Proven Partners Group under a single identity: BelPak. Throughout this transition, Stastny ensured that integration extended beyond systems into culture, leadership behavior and communication. Her influence helped create cohesion across newly combined teams while reinforcing accountability and clarity during transformation.

Recognition as a Titan 100 Honoree reflects the scope of that impact. The distinction acknowledges leadership exercised where governance, growth and people strategy converge. Stastny’s influence extends beyond organizational milestones into the broader profession, where she has collaborated with SHRM and the Center for Human Rights, contributed thought leadership and mentored emerging leaders, particularly women navigating executive paths.

Her leadership philosophy centers on presence and listening. Stastny believes insight is found not only in data but in understanding the human undercurrent of change. She brings that awareness into boardrooms, integration efforts and workforce strategy, ensuring decisions are informed by both rigor and empathy.

Stastny’s story is defined by integration. Compliance strengthens culture. Structure enables trust. Leadership is measured by readiness during change. Through her work, BelPak operates with cohesion and confidence, supported by a leader whose discipline and humanity continue to shape organizations built to endure.

“Real leaders don’t chase comfort — they create change. Through clarity, courage, and consistency, they build leaders who build legacies.”
