As the founder, executive director and chief executive officer of Ignite Development Partners LLC and Ignite Coaching Institute at Centenary University, she has built a platform that prioritizes human connection, strategic development and the power of courageous leadership.
Over the past year, Ignite has accelerated its impact. A new coach leadership certification program launched with national recognition, internal systems were elevated to improve operational flow and community partnerships flourished. Each initiative stemmed from a belief that leadership begins with space—space to think, to grow and to make mistakes without shame. Colontonio’s model has never been about hierarchy. If she could instantly master any skill, Colontonio would choose language fluency. The ability to speak any language in the world—with cultural sensitivity and nuance—would, in her view, amplify her mission exponentially. Language, she believes, is access. It’s connection. It’s the ability to meet someone in their truth without translation. For a leader committed to global equity and empowerment, it would unlock coaching and development opportunities for communities that too often remain on the margins.
Since joining the Titan 100 community, one of her proudest accomplishments has been witnessing the multiplication of Ignite’s impact. Graduates of her programs are now coaching others, creating a cascading model of leadership that extends far beyond any single session or curriculum.
