The Philadelphia Titan 100 community came together with Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence for a one-of-a-kind experience designed to meet young people at a pivotal moment in their lives. Inside a transformed BBBS center, a life-sized Game of Life became the framework for something far more meaningful: connection, perspective, and possibility.
Across stations focused on Community & Friendship, Education & Growth, Career & Purpose, and Giving Back, students and their Penn State mentors engaged directly with CEOs and community leaders, asking real questions, sharing real stories, and gaining insight that can’t be found in a textbook.
What made the day unforgettable were the conversations in between the “spaces on the board.” Honest reflections on failure. Stories of pivots and resilience. Moments where a young person realized, “Someone like me can do this.”
Our journeys, the challenges, the risks, and the wins matter more than we think. When shared, they can ignite confidence, clarity, and hope in the next generation.

The November 12th Titan session was all about transformation and forward-thinking leadership.
