DermaCrush, a medical aesthetics company, utilizes one-on-one consultation and collaborative assessment coupled with injectables and laser technology to erase signs of aging on the face and body to provide facial rejuvenation while maintaining a client’s natural look.
In her role, Harland focuses on talent acquisition and management, the development of team culture, and demonstrating how to lead with empathy. She works closely with senior management teams to ensure they have the support needed for operational effectiveness.
As a chief people officer, Harland has significantly contributed to her present and past companies winning several awards, including the Inc. 5000 fastest growing private cCompanies, best of the city, and best of Arizona. Her insights have been published in media outlets such as Authority Magazine and Scottsdale Airpark News.
