In her role, Kerimes orchestrated a radical transformation of the marketing team that has evolved into one of the best-performing units in the company. The shift not only enhanced the company’s ability to adapt to market conditions but also positioned Quantiphi as a leader in several independent studies including Gartner and IDC.

Under her leadership, the company received the Best in Business Award, AI FinTech100 Award, and recognition as a leader in IDC MarketScape for Worldwide AI services. A noteworthy accomplishment is the improvement in conversion rates, from leads to SQLs and SQLs to actual business, increasing from 3% in 2022 to 5% in 2023.

A risk taker, Kerimes said making high-stakes decisions that impact the organization’s future comes naturally. “These decisions have varied, from overhauling entire departments and marketing strategies to reimagining our sales and marketing funnel to maximize its impact on the company’s performance,” she said.
