If Ball was to give his younger self advice, it would be to not fear change. “So often we get paralyzed in the fear of the unknown, but the truth is one of my superpowers is to see the future and be able to see the bigger picture,” he said. “The requirements are to continue to live into my flexibility and know that change isn’t necessarily a bad thing, it just might be something different and something different might be something even better.”
According to Ball, every single day is an opportunity to change for the better. “Life happens, and sometimes we change for the unknown because we have to, and sometimes we change because we just get to,” he said.
