This has aided him well during his career that included 20 years at Anheuser Busch in senior positions, including president, in which he guided the organization through a history-making merger and while leading Vitaligent. He now employs his leadership skills as the CEO of Advantage Solutions.

As a result, the firm is converting more profits into cash, which has improved the company’s financial position by reducing debt and bolstering its balance sheet. The company was also named one of Newsweek’s most trusted companies for the sector.

Having empathy as a leader has been crucial to his working relationships, said Peacock. “I genuinely feel through others and experience things from different angles – each one being a different version of how something might land on someone,” he said. “This allows me to anticipate a bit better and relate with others a bit more deeply.”
