Sarah Throne is approaching her 10th year with Stream Companies. She started her journey with the company as an inbound marketing manager and grew to take on building the digital strategy and initiatives for the company as director, executive director, vice president and now chief strategy officer.

By embracing this challenge, I pushed myself beyond my comfort zone, taking on unfamiliar tasks and expanding my skill set. This risk allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of various aspects of the business, broadening my perspective and enhancing my leadership abilities. It was a transformative experience that taught me the value of stepping into the unknown and embracing opportunities for growth.”
