David Laiderman is an entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience operating technology companies, and in 2021 he took that skill set into the role of CEO at Veterans Home Care.
“I took a risk to move into an industry in desperate need of innovation to become more efficient ahead of the growing population demand,” he said. “The move allowed me to leverage the skills I had gained to help people in need.”
Veterans Home Care was founded in 2003 to help qualified wartime veterans and their surviving spouses apply for a non-service-connected disability pension from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Veterans Home Care started with 24 active clients after one year and has grown to nearly $38 million in revenue with offices in St. Louis, Florida, Illinois and Texas, with plans to open several regional offices. The company has helped more than 20,000 veterans and surviving spouses in 48 states access VA benefits and receive care.
Laiderman’s background includes experience in sales management and training, marketing and digital strategy, small-cap financing strategies and accounting, financial modeling, and operational efficiency. He holds a BS degree in management and international business from Pennsylvania State University with a minor in engineering from Imperial College in London.
Laiderman brings that background, entrepreneurial spirit and drive to Veterans Home Care. He succeeded his aunt Bonnie Laiderman as CEO of VHC after serving as a consultant for the company for several years.

David Laiderman co-founded his first company in college called YNot Advertising, Lionmenus.com, which was rebranded to Orderup in 2014 and then acquired by Groupon Inc. in 2014. In 2010, Laiderman founded College Advertising Solutions, where he built a footprint of college town-based food ordering websites with a hyper-local advertising model. It was acquired by Eatstreet Inc. in 2016. He also co-founded Hungry Media in Poland, a web development team with clients that include Papa Johns, Veterans Home Care, Silver Screen Bottling and Reign Sapphire Corp.
