In 2020, Herr was appointed CEO of Arcoro, where he has helped to revolutionize HR in the construction sector. Under his guidance, Arcoro has experienced significant growth, serving over one million daily users and achieving 20% growth in annual recurring revenue. Herr has expanded Arcoro's network of technology and association partners, including industry giants like Sage, Procore, AGC, ABC and NECA.
