Chief Executive Officer
Chameleon Integrated Services

Location: St. Louis, MO
Founded: 2003
Industry: Information Technology Solutions

As a self-proclaimed entrepreneur, Jeffery W. Kelley is no stranger to the IT services industry. The past 40+ years, Kelley has started and maintained several successful information technology firms with a simple vision for success: To create an organization that exceeds its customers’ and employees’ expectations.

That vision has been at the center of his work as CEO and co-founder of Chameleon Integrated Services. With headquarters in St. Louis, Chameleon is an established firm that provides high-quality IT solutions to public and private sector organizations. With Kelley at the helm, the company has grown into a small business leader with consistent focus on delivering aligned solutions and transformational results for clients.

“The company has an excellent record of success because our consistent approach is based on one goal: To help clients prepare, protect and prosper,” said Kelley. “We understand our customers’ missions and help them prepare for the future.”

With plans to expand globally to be the IT service provider of choice, Kelley remains focused on both the company’s growth and the community. Although the company launched in 2003, Kelley and his business partner restored the historic 3207 Washington Ave. building in 2012 that now serves as the company’s headquarters. Adjacent to the same location, they also constructed the Urban Chestnut Beer Garden and co-founded the Barnett on Washington.

Kelley has been a prominent supporter of the Grand Center District and is actively involved in the continuous improvement of the district as a premier St. Louis destination. Although Kelley is known for community development and outreach, his primary function is to provide leadership to the worldwide staff at Chameleon. “His IT services industry skills, his positive attitude and unquestionable work ethic creates a positive environment for employees,” said is staff. “Our employee retention rate has historically been well above industry norms, allowing the company to keep contracts fully staffed and operating at peak efficiency.”

He also believes in fostering soft skills such as time management, critical thinking and fast learning in addition to hard skills that revolve around digital literacy, data analytics and data visualization. His focus on employees while maintaining both the CEO and CFO positions at Chameleon never waivers. “Jeff definitely has the qualities and skills that define him as a Titan in the IT industry,” said his staff.

For his influential impact in the IT industry and the St. Louis community, Kelley has been named a Titan.
