Lilach Mazor Power

Founder & CEO

Mazor Collective

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Founded: 2013

Industry: Retail/Consumer Packaged Goods/Cannabis

Lilach Mazor Power started her cannabis company in 2012 when investment and prospective employees were hard to find in the burgeoning industry. She and her husband emptied their savings to get the business off the ground, and Power learned every aspect of the business.

Today, Power is often called the Queen of Cannabis. Her company, Mazor Collective, is the only majority female-owned licensee in Arizona. Power has grown company revenue 300% in the last nine years without raising outside capital infusion, and she invests every dollar back into the business.

“I believe my passion for this industry is what got me to where I am today,” Power said. “As a small business in a sea of multistate operators and international conglomerates, creativity and innovation will be essential to maintaining a meaningful presence. Above all, putting the happiness and well-being of our customers at the forefront of everything we do will ensure we continue to create cool brands that matter.”

Mazor Collective is the parent company of Giving Tree Dispensary and home to leading cannabis brands Kindred Cannabis and Revelry. A vertically integrated business model enables the company to cultivate, extract, brand and sell premium cannabis products from its critically acclaimed dispensary in north Phoenix.

Power is considered a founding member of the state’s legal cannabis industry and serves as the vice president of the Arizona Dispensary Association. While Power’s operation has served medical cannabis patients since 2013, she pivoted her operation for adult use after Arizona enacted its ballot-approved recreational legalization in early 2021.

Power operates a wholesale division within her company distributing brands to other licensed Arizona dispensaries. Her portfolio includes Arizona’s leading cannabis capsule brand Kindred Cannabis, voted Best Edible in the 2021 Phoenix New Times Readers’ Poll, and recently launched Revelry, a cannabis brand devoted to those experiencing the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. Revelry has been featured in Forbes, Sweet Jane and countless industry publications.

Power is the vice president of the Arizona Dispensary Association, and she and her team volunteer and raise money for local charities. Those include Chrysalis, an organization committed to providing broad-based solutions to prevent domestic abuse, and StreetLight USA, which provides crisis intervention, stabilization and housing for young girls at risk for or victims of child sex trafficking.

Power participates in women’s leadership forums hosted by international groups like MJBizCon and similar events with the National Cannabis Industry Association, encouraging women to take risks while making a difference in their communities.

“It is my hope that my experience as a working mother and immigrant will encourage others like me to pursue their dreams, both within and outside of the industry,” Power said.
