CEO and Co-Founder
NeuroFlow

Location: Philadelphia, PA
Founded: 2017
Industry: Digital Health

Chris Molaro believes in setting a high bar, then raising it to achieve more. It’s that mindset that has inspired his work as CEO and co-founder of NeuroFlow.

“One of the greatest leadership lessons I’ve learned is also one of the top values we aspire to and practice at NeuroFlow: have a healthy disregard for the impossible,” he said. “Part of being a leader is building a vision for something that doesn’t exist yet and bringing together the people and skill sets to make that vision a reality.”

NeuroFlow provides high-tech behavioral health solutions for populations that would ordinarily fall through the cracks of the healthcare system.

NeuroFlow collaborates with hundreds of health systems, health plans and government agencies, and through those organizations supports over 14 million lives in all 50 states. The company employs nearly 100 people and in the last year reached 400% revenue growth, focusing on delivering the right care to the right people at the right time.

“Forty million people in the U.S. are diagnosed with a mental health condition, and it’s NeuroFlow’s mission to support those individuals with the right level of care when they need it most,” Molaro said. “I see the next five years as a critical period of growth, where we’ll intentionally invest in areas to methodically and sustainably support the health systems and payers around the country and make NeuroFlow the top provider of behavioral health support to both individuals and care teams.

“I see exciting opportunities to potentially expand into new markets, including colleges, pediatrics and more. We are excited to meet these new challenges and make NeuroFlow the industry leader in behavioral health and helping create a happier, healthier world.”

Molaro is a regular speaker and presenter at healthcare events and trade shows across the country. He has guest lectured at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering, Drexel University, Stanford University, University of North Carolina and The Wharton School’s Healthcare Management program.

As a captain in the U.S. Army, Molaro was awarded the Army Achievement Medal three times and the Bronze Star for his actions during a combat deployment to Iraq. He was named among the Top 40 Under 40 Veterans in America in 2015, recognized as EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year for the Greater Philadelphia region in 2020, included on Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 under 40, and named as one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs of 2020 at the Goldman Sachs Builders + Innovators Summit.

Molaro is a board member of the West Point Society, congressional ambassador for the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition, advisor to the Greater Philadelphia Veterans Network, a member of the Army and Navy Club of Washington, D.C., and former president of the American Society of Engineering Management for the West Point chapter.
