After working for one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, David Lemnah saw an opportunity to launch something unique: a privately-held, Colorado based homebuilder that would offer alternatives in a market controlled by national big-box builders.

Lemnah has achieved many accolades during his career, before and after founding Lokal Homes. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina as well as an MBA from Loyola University Maryland.
