Robert Cordova began his career as an electrical engineer before embarking on a journey with an early internet service provider startup. This venture paved his way to spearhead the founding of a dot-com enterprise before managing mobile technology operations at Sara Lee and then AT&T.
“These diverse and dynamic experience have collectively shaped my journey, culminating in my current position with the Milwaukee Bucks where I have flourished as the chief technology and strategy officer,” said Cordova.
The Milwaukee Bucks are dedicated to improving outcomes for underserved populations in Wisconsin by providing financial grants, developing innovative partnerships and supporting impactive ideas in education, health and wellness, economic and individual empowerment, civic engagement and criminal justice and law enforcement reform.

Cordova believes in leveraging technology to propel the organization forward, specifically with the use of artificial intelligence that has emerged as a potent tool for fan and prospect engagement. “A significant aspect of our innovation strategy revolves around digital transformation, particularly in optimizing ticket sales and bundling,” said Cordova.
