Chris Milan’s executive career is marked by leadership roles at Centerprise Information Systems, NexTec Group, ReliaQuest, and Tribridge, where he drove revenue growth from $20 million to $100 million in four years, increased utilization rates, expanded sales teams, and launched successful verticals such as the cannabis industry.
He has a proven track record in designing strategic information systems, executing integration strategies, and enhancing corporate culture which he puts to use as the chief executive officer of Third Wave Business Systems.

The firm caters to industries such as wholesale distribution, consumer packaged goods, discrete manufacturing, and life sciences. Upon joining Third Wave Business Systems, Milan spent his first 90 days meeting with every team member to understand the company’s strengths and areas for improvement. He introduced new strategies and a reorganization structure to foster growth and scalability. Under his leadership, the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) soared from 44 in 2023 to 81 in 2024.
Milan also revitalized many business relationships with SAP and other partners, rebuilding trust within the SAP community in North America. This initiative has led to significant positive outcomes, with partners now actively sharing ideas to collectively elevate the industry. He is a member of the SAP Business One Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC) and advises the SAP executive team on strategies for the product’s transition to a web client.
Recognized as one of the top 100 innovators & entrepreneurs by a leading magazine in 2023, Milan is a founding member of the Information Technology Alliance, which brings together the top VARs in the country to share ideas and build the community.
