Thirdly, “never lose the sense of your ‘why’ and remember that your ‘why’ can evolve and change.”

During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Khosla launched a program called MARS Returnship as an on-ramp for women looking to restart their careers in technology following a gap in employment. The program provides on-the-job training, mentorship and a partnership approach to prepare women to successfully rejoin the workforce.

Khosla is a USA Today and Wall Street Journal bestselling author, was named a notable Minority Executive by Milwaukee Business Journal and won the Women of Influence award for Innovation in 2022. MARS has been named the supplier of the year by the National Minority Supplier Diversity Corporation.
