Pramod Sajja

While he was still a teen, Pramod Sajja dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur. His dream became reality in 1998 when, at age 26, he bootstrapped the launch of Paramount Software Solutions to address the technology skill shortage he observed in the U.S. at that time.

Today, Paramount Software Solutions provides IT and technology staffing, consulting and implementation services to clients across a broad range of sectors. Paramount teams draw on leading industry expertise to help clients with web and application development, cloud integration, infrastructure management, cybersecurity services and more.

“While riding out crises, such as the Y2K panic and the dot-com bust, Pramod focused Paramount’s attention on delivering superior capabilities to clients, while at the same time providing an industry-leading work environment for employees,” his team said.

After establishing Paramount as a well-respected leader in the IT staffing industry, Sajja expanded Paramount’s reach. It now includes an emerging technology product focus driven by employee-led ideas.

In addition to his role as CEO at Paramount, Sajja serves as CEO of Farm to Plate, a tech-forward startup launched in 2022 as an outgrowth of Paramount’s Emerging Technologies division. Using blockchain-led supply chain solutions, Farm to Plate hopes to revolutionize and promote greater sustainability within food supply chains worldwide.

Specifically, Farm to Plate works to address marginalization of farmers by enabling microtipping for producers. It also strives to reduce waste in the food supply through real-time, supply-and-demand tracking meant to support more sustainable farming practices.

“Customers want to see companies being socially responsible. Therefore, I have pivoted Paramount as a company to focus on innovation that drives community and social good,” Sajja said.

“Pramod’s focus is not solely on business success. His core philosophy ties philanthropy and innovation with the motto ‘Rethink, Reinvent and Give Back,’” his team agreed.

With Sajja’s active support, Paramount’s corporatesocial- responsibility initiative, Paramount Gives, regularly contributes substantial sums to charities such as Sewa International, the International Community School of Georgia, Vibha, Access Life America and Brown Toy Box.

Sajja is an active mentor and member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), often appearing as a featured speaker at TAG events and conferences. He is the recipient of many national and international awards, including the AsiaOne Global Indian of the Year 2021–2022, the Global Mental Health Association’s 2021 Humanitarian Award, the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Small Business Person of the Year 2017 and the 2016 TiE Atlanta Top Entrepreneur Award.

Under Sajja’s leadership, Paramount Software Solutions has also been honored with numerous awards, including being a finalist for Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators 2022 and being named an Inc. Best Places to Work 2022, an AsiaOne World’s Greatest Brands 2021–2022 and a Computerworld 100 Best Places to Work in IT 2021.
