As an experienced brand consultant and CEO, Chris Sizemore is a big believer in trusting his team. “Effective leaders know to let go and allow their teams to thrive in the spaces in which they excel,” he said.

“Doing so — without micromanagement — is key to the longevity of any team and any organization.” Sizemore founded INCISIVE, a marketing, branding and communications agency, in August 2022. He previously served as founder and CEO of his own Atlanta-based marketing agency, Creative Mischief, which he ran for 15 years.

With INCISIVE, Sizemore set out to create a company, rooted in integrity and charged with supporting positive growth and change for its clients. “We are our client’s trusted advisors,” he said. “We are creative problem solvers, consultants and innovators. We are in the business of helping our clients unleash their full potential.”

Unlocking potential is a motto Sizemore stresses for his internal teams, as well. “Chris believes that leadership, like life, is about growth. He supports that there is an opportunity for growth in all ways, both personally and professionally,” said his team.

“In the consulting and marketing space, Chris continues to push the boundaries of the industry and how his clients and their consumers think.” While at INCISIVE, Sizemore has created a new initiative called “Reshaping the Lens of Equity” to foster conversations about equity and its relationship to marketing, branding and community building as a whole.

Through this work, Sizemore has led conversations with groups around Atlanta and in other cities across the U.S. While he feels it’s important to promote conversations around important and sometimes difficult topics, Sizemore also believes in the power of listening to — and truly hearing — his team.

“As a leader, you have to focus on listening to hear, versus listening to respond,” he explained. “By listening to hear, you’re creating a space of psychological safety where thoughts and opinions can truly be shared.”

Beyond his work with INCISIVE, Sizemore is actively involved in Atlanta-area community development. He recently served as the co-chair of the Heroes for Hope Gala, a key fundraiser for Hope Atlanta, a nonprofit addressing homelessness in the city. Under Sizemore’s leadership, the gala achieved its $500,000 fundraising goal, bringing in the largest proceeds of its history.

Sizemore is also a board member for the Emory Center for Ethics, the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation, SelectCobb, Unite, LiveSAFE Resources, the Georgia Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Greater Atlanta. He was named to Georgia Trend magazine’s 40 Under 40 List in 2017 and Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 Under 40 List in 2014.

Chris shares his experience as a Titan of it being a family, not a standard organization that gives out awards, but an organization that brings leaders together, not only in Georgia but across the country. Chris will tell you that in a short period of time, Titan is a family and is achieving that goal.
