Tino Mantella began his career in the 1990s with a decade of service running the YMCAs in Georgia. His journey took him to the role of President and CEO of the Technology Association of Georgia where the organization grew from 350 members to 36,000, becoming the largest tech trade association in North America.
Today, he is proud to be the CEO at the Turknett Leadership Group where he is directly involved in even more growth of the leadership development firm.

Thirty five years ago, Bob and Lyn Turknett formed the Turknett Leadership Group and led by example while building the organization’s culture and services around the principles set forth in their Leadership Character Model.
The firm’s team has remained ahead of the curve with respect to incorporating the latest proven methods and services into their practice.
When Mantella took over as President and CEO in 2018, he recognized that the company would continue to thrive because he was standing on the shoulders of giants.
Since 2018, with Mantella at the helm, the company has experienced record setting growth. “We’ve touched the lives of thousands across over 20 states and three countries,” said Mantella. “Our motto is we are large enough to serve you, yet small enough to know you.”
Over the last three years, Mantella has been integrally involved in adding more than twenty world-call coaches and consultants and has diversified the services in order to provide a comprehensive portfolio of services in the leadership development space. “We are most known for coaching and we are coaching some of the top CEOs in the U.S. in addition to hundreds of high-potential leaders who are contributing to their companies, their employees and their communities,” Mantella said.
With a team of 33 people, including coaches and consultants with more than 20 years of experience and PhD psychologists, Mantella said the team customizes services to meet any client need. He also said that the success of the firm relies on a highly-regarded and diverse team. “I don’t like to say the word ‘I’ because I believe that anything I have been fortunate to accomplish is because of ‘We.’ It’s about the team,” he said.
