After stints in the corporate technology world that either required too much travel or did not involve enough challenge and innovation, Thad West set out to start his own business, one that would allow a balance between innovative work and family life.
He Co-Founded Isos Technology in 2005 with two colleagues. As the business grew, the company remained committed to helping employees find a work/ life balance. Nearly all of the company’s employees worked from home or in remote offices long before the COVID-19 pandemic fast-tracked that trend.
