Industry: Business Networking

Kim Marie Branch-Pettid’s company LeTip International Inc. is already the world’s largest privately owned business leads organization. But the work isn’t done, and she has big plans on the horizon.

“I’m going to continue growing LeTip with the LeTip Wired app and offering franchising opportunities for entrepreneurs across the country,” she said. “We are also focused on opening new chapters throughout the country as well as nurturing the next generation of business leaders by helping them build foundations for strong, long-lasting relationships with others.”

LeTip International Inc. is a networking membership group of independent business owners. Founded in 1978, LeTip has more than 250 chapters throughout the U.S. and Canada and is credited with hundreds of thousands of business referrals per year. LeTip members are known throughout the B2B and B2C referral industries for their dedication to helping each other grow their businesses.

Since taking the helm at LeTip, Branch-Pettid has trained over 20,000 members in networking techniques to grow their businesses. In total, these business owners span over 650 different business categories and more than 700 chapters in 14 states and two countries. She has directly and indirectly helped thousands of small businesses achieve success and receive business leads valued at over $1.5 billion.

In the next five years, LeTip aims to grow its reach, increase membership and add new chapters across the country. Branch-Pettid is working to franchise more chapters with LeTip World Franchise, a platform to offer prospective business owners the chance to own their own turnkey professional lead generation business. Branch-Pettid also plans to implement business networking technology within LeTip and bring in more outside business through a mobile app and software, LeTip Wired.

“Kim Marie Branch-Pettid is the driving force behind LeTip International Inc.,” her team said. “Watching her in action as LeTip’s owner and CEO, meeting, greeting, making connections, and you’ll understand the true meaning of an indomitable spirit. Kim Marie gallops into life, her mile-wide smile engaging all who meet her. Her passion for helping others and community building is obvious.”

Outside of LeTip, Branch-Pettid is the former president of the Boys and Girls Club of Mesa. She was previously a member of Vistage Worldwide, held a board position with Arizona Small Business Administration and was a member of Arizona Business Leadership. For 18 years, she held board positions on The Sequoia Guild, the fund-raising arm of Valley Children’s Hospital in Fresno, California. She currently holds a board position with Arizona Business Leaders Organization as vice president of education and is a member of the Women President’s Organization.

If Kim Marie could share a meal with anyone in the world she would choose Michael Phelps. “I always wanted to be an Olympic swimmer, so I would love to have a meal with him,” said Kim Marie. “He has been the most successful swimmer ever but maintains his humility. It would be so interesting to see where his love of swimming has led him and where he still wants to go.”
