In less than four years, CEO Jonathan Seibert and his co-founder Michael Eden have built Vision Solar LLC into a $200 million business.

Seibert brought his skills as an electrician, built over a decade, and expertise in solar installation and merged them with Eden’s call center background, and success followed. The company, a solar energy and solar panel installation company, added a C-suite of executives after three years to keep things on track.

The growth trend is expected to continue in the coming years. The company plans to expand nationwide and transition to a regional office model. The business follows a set of guiding principles that include: customers are most important; we leave it better than we found it; we are family; we are accountable; no excuses.

Vision Solar believes no one should be punished for having bad credit or limited resources. “We want to save our customers money and do it in a way that makes solar energy, clean energy, available to everyone,” the company said. “As a result, consumers can save between 25–50% on their monthly utilities while working toward a more sustainable future for the next generation.”

Seibert is active in the renewables community, and he recently created a board of directors that includes outside members of the community who help bring accountability, growth, corporate governance and inclusion to Vision Solar, the company said.
