Brad Knepper

President/owner
All Copy Products

Location: Denver, CO
Founded: 1975
Industry: Office Technology

Brad Knepper got his first taste of running a business working as an 18-year old employee in the small-town bar owned by his parents. The job gave him exposure to inventory, deposits, daily financial planning and payroll, he said.

“It was a great experience and felt like I owned my own company at 18 years old,” said Knepper.

He took that experience and opened bars in campus towns at Iowa State University and the University of Iowa, eventually selling those operations and moving into copy machine sales. That job was an introduction to office technology that remains the thrust of his Denver-based business All Copy Products, where he serves as president and owner.

All Copy Products, or ACP, is devoted to helping businesses overcome everyday workplace challenges by providing the latest in office technology. While the company has decades of success, becoming one of the largest independent dealers in the United States, Knepper is looking to evolve and stay relevant.

“I will continue to be innovative, observe market conditions and the business we are in, and make changes as needed,” he said. “Those that only stick to what has worked in the past will be left behind. Changes could be as significant as complete changes in products and offerings, but we will always be business-to-business.”

The company is focused on the IT industry and is looking to grow its footprint, especially as more companies move to remote work and cloud technology, Knepper said. He expects his company’s revenue to reach $150 million within five years.

Knepper’s numerous recognitions and awards include the Konica Minolta Dealer of Excellence Award; six-time winner of the Elite Dealer Award from ENX Magazine; Denver Business Journal Top 100 Private Companies; ICIC and Bloomberg BusinessWeek Inner City 100 Award.

“I still feel that the story of ACP is still in its beginning stages, and I have a vision and dream for ACP to be one of the largest dealers in the entire country,” Knepper said. “As technology keeps evolving there is so much potential for the office technology industry, and I plan for ACP to be on the forefront of that.”
