He sought out unique ways to empower and inspire his team members during the 2020 pandemic, including creating a fund for team members’ families who were negatively affected by COVID in some way, a weekly group workout, online cooking class and book club, as well as educational sessions with coaching on how to deal with uncertainty and fear.
