Shawn Hansson

Shawn Hansson moved to Colorado in 2001 after graduating college with a degree in audio engineering. After arriving for his first day of work, his new employer could not afford payroll and could not pay any of the staff. After that experience, Hansson ended up working for another company that was lacking integrity. He was convinced by numerous customers to go start his own company and they would send him business. That’s what they did, and Logic Integration was born.

Logic Integration is a Lone Tree, Colorado based audiovisual and automation firm specializing in the design and installation of easy-to-use technology for homeowners and business professionals. As the CEO and Founder, Hansson launched the company as a one-man shop in his garage and led the company to be a nationally recognized, multi-award-winning A/V powerhouse.

“Our goal has always been to be the leading systems integrator in Colorado in customer experience, quality and integrity,” said Hansson. “As we build better, faster ways to respond to tech crises, more and more people are calling us. This is one of the reasons the U.S. Army, Frontier Airlines and many others have been doing more and more business with Logic.”

Hansson has been a visionary spearheading new technologies, processes, and ways of making the customer experience better, according to his staff. He has been recognized as a Top 25 GenXYZ Influential Leader by ColoradoBiz Magazine and as a Top 40 Under 40 Leader by Commercial Integrator Magazine. He led the team in integrating the first and largest doomsday bunker with over $1 million in automation tech, winning multiple awards across the globe. His projects have received national press coverage and Hansson has been described as a “young entrepreneur with forward-looking vision.”

Hansson said he leads by creating a plan, communicating clearly, managing expectations, and serving others. “It’s important to measure the pulse of the company through mini surveys each month, sharing the results with the team, spending time and having fun with employees, and spending time with customers while asking for feedback,” he said.

The CEO believes that family comes before work, yet he considers his staff part of his family. He encourages them to be a sponge and learn as much as possible. “Surround yourself with people smarter than you and do not be threatened by smart people,” he advises.
