Gretchen Rosenberg

Gretchen Rosenberg knows a thing or two about climbing the ladder of success. When she made the leap to real estate as a single mom in 1996, little did she know that she would rise to president and CEO of Kentwood Real Estate by 2018.

“Real estate was the logical career move given my business background and my interest in architecture and design,” said Rosenberg. Just 10 years after launching a career in real estate, Rosenberg became the selling manager for one of Kentwood Real Estate’s three brokerage offices. After 11 years as managing broker at Kentwood’s Cherry Creek office, Rosenberg was offered and accepted the position of CEO at Kentwood Real Estate.

“I administer Kentwood Real Estate’s growing elite team of over 240 realtors in Colorado’s finest luxury brokerage,” said Rosenberg. “Kentwood produces more volume per agent than 99 percent of all real estate companies in the U.S. which is largely attributed to our brokers’ deep commitment to professionalism, local knowledge, expertise and customer service.”

Her primary goal is to ensure that Kentwood Real Estate is acknowledged regionally and across the U.S. as the top luxury brokerage in Colorado. “The best way to do this is to empower our brokers with industry-leading marketing tools and materials to increase their production numbers, by always keeping the consumer front-of-mind and providing hands-on service and guidance through a complex process,” said Rosenberg.

As CEO, Rosenberg has been integral in adapting to the changes in the market, especially when it comes to building an online presence to keep up with industry competition. She has also worked to entrench Kentwood Real Estate as a leader in the competitive residential real estate industry by serving on the Denver Board of Realtors Grievance Committee, its International Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Rosenberg has also served on the board of directors for the National Association of Realtors and the Colorado Association of Realtors. One of her passion projects is HomeAid Colorado, a local chapter of a leading national nonprofit provider of housing and resources for people experiencing homelessness.

Whether she is volunteering in the community or leading her elite team, Rosenberg believes that you are only as good as your team. “The real estate industry is inherently built on cooperation,” she said. “We cooperate on two sides of a transaction, even while we’re advocating for our clients’ best interests. That ethos has served me well in the industry over the years. I plan to continue to seek out colleagues from other companies as a resource and be a resource for them.”

For her tireless work as a leader and influence as a prominent figure in the real estate industry, Rosenberg has been named a Titan 100.
